Spotlytt is an AI-powered career platform that helps candidates understand job-market demand, verify skills through AI interviews, build evidence-backed profiles using short interview clips, and match with jobs based on demonstrated abilities.

Choose a target role, add your existing skills, review your initial market-readiness report, take an AI video interview, receive a skill-by-skill assessment, build your verified profile, and see explainable job matches. You can then learn, reassess, and improve your profile over time.

LinkedIn and traditional job boards primarily rely on self-declared profiles and résumés. Spotlytt adds verified interview evidence, skill scores, market-based gap analysis, personalised improvement guidance, and explanations of why you match—or do not yet match—a job.

A general AI chatbot can provide interview practice. Spotlytt turns the interview into an evolving professional credential: structured skill assessments, recorded evidence clips, a recruiter-facing profile, market-gap analysis, career guidance, and job matching that updates as your verified skills improve.

The interview is optional, but strongly recommended. Without it, Spotlytt can provide an initial report using your target role, declared skills, résumé, and market data. Completing the interview allows Spotlytt to assess and verify what you can demonstrate.

Questions are created dynamically from your target role, claimed skills, role-specific knowledge, recent projects, and skills currently requested by employers. Follow-up questions may adapt to your answers.

Each answer is evaluated for correctness and understanding. Tested skills can be classified as Exceptional, Strong, Proficient, Developing, or Needs Improvement. Spotlytt may also show question-level summaries, corrections, an overall interview score, and readiness indicators.

Yes. AI-generated evaluations can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as decision-support signals rather than professional certification. Candidates should review their profile and report material inaccuracies. Employers should use human judgement and other relevant evidence.

Pro members can retake interviews to reassess weak or missing skills. When a skill improves and is verified, Spotlytt can update your profile and recalculate relevant job matches.

It combines your résumé and professional information with skill-specific interview clips, assessment signals, and an AI-written recruiter summary. Recruiters can see both what you claim and evidence of how you apply your knowledge.

Spotlytt identifies strong, relevant moments from your interview and organises them by skill. A clip may be displayed with the associated skill, score, proficiency level, and verification status.

Your full interview should remain private unless you deliberately choose to share it. Selected clips and profile information are shown according to the visibility controls available to you. Review your settings before publishing content.

Spotlytt may let you import authorised information from LinkedIn or provide your résumé directly. Your profile can include employment history, education, projects, certifications, skills, bio, and target roles.

Strong skills are abilities you have demonstrated well. Weak skills are present but need improvement. Missing skills are capabilities frequently requested for your target role that you have not yet listed or demonstrated.

It compares your target role, interview performance, profile, and current job-market demand to recommend next actions. These may include learning resources, relevant candidate clips, strong profiles to study, and skill interviews to take next.

Explore is a personalised professional discovery feed containing relevant profiles and skill-specific interview clips. It helps you see how strong candidates demonstrate skills and becomes more personalised as you watch and engage.

Spotlytt compares job requirements with your verified, weak, missing, and declared skills. A listing may show a readiness score and explain which capabilities support the match, which need improvement, and which are missing.
